Manager - Management Accounting

(Job Ref: HRM-022/2016)

The selected candidate will be responsible for competitive decision making through the development of business driver metrics, sales management score-carding, and client / segment / stakeholder profitability analysis etc that will help drive business success. The scope of work will also include forecasting and planning, performing variance analysis, reviewing and monitoring costs inherent in the business and assessing and highlighting future risks. Reporting to the CFO, the selected candidate will also be required to interact and provide input to the Senior Management as well as the Board of Directors.

Ideal candidate should:

• Possess a professional qualification in Finance Management as well as an MBA
• Minimum 5 years' experience at least 3 years experience in managing a Management Accounting function in the Financial Services Sector
• Experience in the Insurance industry will be an added advantage
