Junior Executive - Imports

Job Profile:

  • Liaise with agency principals with regard to the shipping documents & original documents and obtain on timely manner
  • Check pre-shipment documents and preparation of bank documents on a timely manner
  • Update the supply chain system on time & accurately

Job Specification:

  • Possessing 2-3 years' experience in handling banking matters pertaining to imports procedure, knowledge on customs documentation, insurance procedure is mandatory
  • Candidate should possess excellent knowledge on Microsoft Office Packages (MS Excel, Word) and should have good communication skills
  • Possessing a professional qualification in Supply Chain Management or Diploma in Imports / Export procedure will be advantageous
  • Possessing a "Custom House Agent Pass" will be added advantage
  • The candidate should be around 25 years of age
