Lanka Shipping and Logistics (Pvt) Ltd seeks an:

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for preparation of OT sheets, rosters, vehicle maintenance charts, fuel mileage documents
  • Obtain quotations, analyze and prepare purchase orders.
  • Obtain necessary authorization for purchases
  • Maintenance of store items
  • Responsible for the maintenance of fuel slips with accuracy and monitor fuel usage
  • General office maintenance
  • Assist the Admin Officer in all of the above duties

You should:

  • Have some experience in an admin role
  • Have good knowledge on MS Excel and word
  • Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
