Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a candidate for the Human Resources Manager position who is having minimum of 8 years of post-qualifying experience in the HR field and ideally a minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Manager in a star class hotel.

He/She will be mainly responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate all human resource management functions of the hotels with a view to maximising the strategic use of human resources and to achieve optimum levels of employee engagement within the hotel.

The ideal candidate should possess a BSc Degree specialised in HR from a recognised University and/or equivalent professional qualification from a recognised institution.
