Assistant Manager HR

The Job:

  • Monitor the preparation of monthly salaries, incentives and other payments
  • Monitor the maintenance of workers personal files and related documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with all Statutory Obligations
  • Handling all matters related to staff discipline and compliance
  • Coordinating and improving the annual staff appraisal process
  • Developing Job Descriptions for factory staff
  • Advice on improvements including changes to the HR policy and practices of the company
  • Work closely with other relevant departmental heads in carrying out their duties
  • Develop targeted training schemes to uplift skill levels of all staff in the company
  • Overseeing and implementing Training & Development
  • Overseeing and implementing staff welfare activities
  • Handling affairs of the security company
  • Dealing with the janitorial service company

Candidate Profile:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree / PQHRM or equivalent in the field of HR
  • Have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field of HR including experience at a senior level
  • Have good listening, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Be a team player
  • Hardworking and goal oriented
  • Be self-motivated
