Executive - Customer Relationship Management

Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with all departments to ensure CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
• Overseeing direct communications with customer through the CRM
• Monitor & maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
• Ensure the database is segmented effectively for target marketing activities
• Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums
• Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure most effective approach for the company and its products

Prerequisites:

• Minimum two (2) credit passes for G.C.E. A/L with credit pass for English in G.C.E. O/L
• Professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing from a recognised institution would be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar in a similar capacity, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Good command of English language and fluency in spoken Tamil is preferred
• Female below 28 years
