Senior Web Developer

Responsibilities:

• Use the latest technologies to develop e-commerce websites while improving and optimising it for performance
• Front and back-end development in close cooperation with the, development of backend APIs and assist in the integration with mobile application
• User experience flows on a mobile device - touch & non-touch devices
• Resolve any website related issues

Key Skills & Experience:

• A relevant degree or diploma in computer science
• 4+ years industry experience
• Knowledge and experiences in PHP
• Knowledge in Laravel, CodeIgnier, Cake PHP, Symfony and Zend Framework
• Knowledge in jQuery, GWT, JSON / JSONP, XML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Node JS
• Responsive Web Designing (Bootstrap, etc)
• Understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP and API
• Working knowledge in MySQL and other related DBMS
• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Adwords
• Security: web vulnerabilities defined by OWASP
• Competence in CMSs like Drupal, Joomla or Wordpress is also merited
• Ability to work independently with deadlines individually and as a team
• Excellent knowledge and experience in practice Agile / Scrum
• Documentation writing (you will need to provide samples / evidence)
