Elsteel is an internationally reputed company manufacturing Low Voltage Type Tested Modular Enclosure systems. Due to expansion of the business, we are in urgent need of suitable candidates for immediate recruitment.
Customer Relations Officer
This role would be suitable for an experienced customer relations officer, preferably someone who has previously worked in an electrical company.
Job Profile Includes:
- Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone...etc
- Manage customer order entries and Follow up with customers.
- Manage and update client accounts.
- Support other departments.
The successful candidate will also have:
- Fluent in English.
- A warm, approachable manner.
- At least two years experience in a similar position.
- Extensive experience using MS office software.
- Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or SAP) would be an added qualification.
