Administration Executive - Assistant

Location: Head Office

Siyapatha Finance PLC wishes to announce the above job opening which exists in the Administration Department in its Head Office.

Job Profile:
Responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the administration manager in relation to handling utility payments, monitoring cost allocation, providing cost information for budgeting, renewal and reviewing the service agreement, vendor contract and supplier agreement relation to all utility services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling all utility payments, transport, outsourced staff services, vehicle rent and cab services and logistics facilities in relation to all branches and Head Office
  • Maintaining all reports and data related to payments made from all Branches and Head Office
  • Preparing monthly detailed cost analysis to ease the management decision making process
  • Review and renew the service agreements, vendor contracts and supplier agreements relating to utility services
  • Providing cost details in relation to utility services for preparing annual budgets
  • Assist in developing internal control in the administration by preparing forums, tracking systems and databases

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Passed G.C.E. A/L with 4 subjects
  • Professional qualification / Diploma in Business Management, Banking and Finance, Business administration will be an added advantage
  • 2-3 years' working experience in performing general administrative function of an administration department will be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent command in English and Sinhala languages. Ability to speak Tamil will be a distinct advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Age between 20-30 years

Remuneration:
The Remuneration package is negotiable and would be in line with the applicant's experience and qualifications
