Candidate Profile:

• Undergraduates from a recognised university or partly qualified PQHRM
• Age below 25 years
• Have good written and oral communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build cordial relationship across all levels of organisation
• Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Be a team player and be able to work under pressure
• Male candidates only

The successful candidate would be provided intern allowance during the internship.
