We are looking for an energetic, quick learner, with a "can do" attitude and the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations for our employees clients and associates.
Front Office Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers
- Maintaining office stationary inventory
- Support the HR and administration functions of the company
- Experience in travel coordination will be an added advantage
Qualification & Skills Required:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise in a changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English language
- A learning attitude and self-motivated
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
