Customer Service Associates
We are looking for candidates to join our Contact Center and be the voice of Standard Chartered. The job role is service oriented and employment would be on a two year direct contract with Standard Chartered Bank.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Assist customers on day to day inquiries and requests over the phone
- Achieve pre-defined performance targets based on quality and efficiency.
Eligibility criteria - You must:
- Be enthusiastic, with a flair for Customer Service
- Below 24years of age
- Be fluent in English and Sinhala/Tamil since the Contact Centre handles inbound calls in all three languages
- Possess excellent inter-personal skills
- Flexibility to work on roster basis since the Contact Centre operates 24/7
- Ability to work during weekends/ bank holidays
- Excellent team player
