We are looking for candidates to join our Contact Center and be the voice of Standard Chartered. The job role is service oriented and employment would be on a two year direct contract with Standard Chartered Bank.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Assist customers on day to day inquiries and requests over the phone
  • Achieve pre-defined performance targets based on quality and efficiency.

Eligibility criteria - You must:

  • Be enthusiastic, with a flair for Customer Service
  • Below 24years of age
  • Be fluent in English and Sinhala/Tamil since the Contact Centre handles inbound calls in all three languages
  • Possess excellent inter-personal skills
  • Flexibility to work on roster basis since    the    Contact Centre operates 24/7
  • Ability to work during weekends/ bank holidays
  • Excellent team player
