Human Resources Senior Executive / Executive

Qualifications:

  • Degree / Professional qualification is HRM from recognised institute
  • Excellent command in English and Sinhala (Both written and Oral)
  • Computer literacy
  • Good PR with Strong Leadership skills

Experience & Abilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR in a reputed organisation preferably in Manufacturing industry
  • Overall knowledge on entire employee lifecycle
  • Fair knowledge on Payroll Process
  • Knowledge on statutory regulations would be an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently or under minimum supervision and work under pressure
  • Should be assertive, self driven and be a Team Player with sound interpersonal skills
