HR Administration & Safety Executives

Location: Head Office - Wattala

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall human resource administration and safety initiatives and activities and hold responsible to execute the following but not limited to:

  • Managing employee employment cycle from recruitment to retirement with the organisation
  • Implementing all HR administration activities and initiating new initiatives
  • Coordinating Toyota Lanka quality and compliance management systems
  • Carrying out Toyota Lanka health & safety practices
  • Coordinating all heath & safety trainings and employee communication activities
  • Assisting employee relations and annual welfare activities

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes:

  • Should have a degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Industrial Management / Industrial Phycology or full professional qualifications in human resources management from a recognised institute
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputed diversified business conglomerate or in a public listed company
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge in MS Office
  • Those who have hands on experience in health and safety management in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
