Customer Care Executive (Call Centre)

The ideal candidate should be below 25 years of age and possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification. Previous experience in a call centre will be a definite advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy, customer centric attitude, ability to work under pressure and fluency in English are key competencies sought.

The selected candidate will be required to work on roster basis and handle inbound calls.
