Both organisations represent over 25 prestigious Multi-National Pharmaceutical, Surgical and Diagnostic manufacturing Companies and also import and market a range of pharmaceutical, surgical and diagnostic products. We currently have an opening for an energetic and results oriented person to join our Warehouse Division as:

Senior Executive - Warehouse

Primary job role is to coordinate and supervise all transport matters related to distribution out of the warehouse, maintain prescribed service levels, while keeping costs at a minimum.

Key Job Functions:

  • Manage the fleet & distribution with proper vehicle utilisation, optimum route planning & storage conditions in transit in compliance with the respective standards
  • Continuously improve the processes using scientific methods & tools in-order to minimise transportation cost while meeting optimum service levels & compliance
  • Ensure compliance with the respective standards in storage and management of pharmaceuticals, surgical & diagnostics
  • Support the warehouse team in achieving 
  • the overall objectives of the warehouse

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Transportation or equivalent
  • Should possess a minimum of 2 year hands-on experience in transportation planning and execution
  • The ideal candidate should be below 30 years
  • Can-do attitude
  • Process oriented
  • Should possess an outgoing personality and equipped with excellent communication and presentation skills to operate efficiently and effectively
  • Fluent in English; both in written and oral communication
  • Should be computer literate
