Insurance Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Following up the medical insurance claims
- Settlement of Medical Insurance claims and inform members about the payments
- Renewal of insurance, endorsements, inclusions, deletions, and policy amendments
- Maintain member lists and OPD balances
- Follow up the medical insurance claims
Key Requirements:
- Successfully completed the G.C.E. A/L examination
- A fair knowledge in English, Sinhala and Tamil language will be an added advantage
- A sound knowledge in insurance
- Should possess good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Age should be below 25 years
