Ideal candidate should possess:

• The ideal candidates should hold a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognised University / Institute
• Minimum of 1 year's work experience in similar capacity will be an added advantage
• Be an independent & result oriented individual who has the ability to work as a team
• Computer literacy is essential
• Ability to work effectively and under pressure
• Outgoing and friendly personality with good communication skills of English and Sinhala
• You should be flexible, innovative and a people oriented person
