Senior Executive - Human Resources
The Job Role:
- Responsible for all HR functions of the organisation including recruitment and selection process
- Annual Performance Appraisals - coordinate the entire appraisal process
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail, prioritising and meeting deadlines
- Prepare and implement HR policies and procedures
- Demonstrate strong understanding of employment law requirements
- Maintain a strong relationship with employees and solve / control employee grievances and related matters
The ideal candidate should:
- Possess 3-5 years of working experience in the field of HR
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, sound judgement and ability to learn quickly and interface at all levels
- Possess good IT literacy and ability to work on MS Office
- Have experience in working with Human Resources Management System (HRIS) is a requirement
- Be male candidate
- Be between 30-40 years of age
