Assistant Managers (Leasing / Hire Purchase / Loan Products)

Location: Colombo District

Job Profile:

  • Achieving assigned Marketing and Sales Targets
  • Creating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with relevant stake holders
  • Planning and executing business development activities and promotional activities
  • Managing leading portfolio and maintaining the quality of the portfolio
  • Development and motivation of the Branch staff to achieve overall business targets of the Branch

Personal Profile:

  • Passed G.C.E. A/L
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with related industry experience in marketing leasing / hire purchase / financial products in a reputed Finance company or Bank
  • Should have well-established existing customer base and a supplier relationship network
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Full/Part qualification in Marketing would be an added advantage
