Management Trainee

The ideal candidate will have skills in Management, finance and business development. The candidate should be exceptionally well organised, have great communication skills, be flexible and enjoy the challenges of working in an office of diverse professionals.

The ability to interact with team members, clients and suppliers at all levels in a fast paced environment, often under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal English language communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Fluency in General Computer Skills
• Skills in project coordination / project management
• Skills in data analysis, presentations, research and report writing
• Skills in working in a team environment
