Customer Solution Providers
The Person:
- Possess at least B passes for Mathematics and English at the G.C.E. O/L in one sitting
- 3 passes (excluding English) at G.C.E. A/L in one sitting or part professional qualification would be an advantage
- Below 23 years of age
- Possess pleasant and friendly mannerism
- Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to serving customers
- Possess a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
- Be computer literate
- Previous work experience in a banking environment would be an added advantage
The Job:
- Handle all inbound calls, screen and direct calls to appropriate departments / individuals in a professional manner
- Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints of customers and the public promptly
- Ensure timely escalation of unresolved queries / complaints
