HR Executives

Location: Head Office - Wattala

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall human resource management key result areas and hold responsible to execute the following but not limited to;
  • Executing the overall human resource planning process
  • Managing entire employee employment life cycle
  • Planning and coordinating company recruitment and assessment centre based selection process
  • Effectively managing employee performance management and competency management systems
  • Assisting company training & development activities, initiatives and interventions
  • Responsible for company disciplinary management process
  • Coordinating employee relations and annual welfare activities
  • Assisting HR branding, designing and communication activities

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes:

  • Should have a degree in Human Resources Management or full professional qualifications from a recognised institute
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a reputed diversified business conglomerate or in a public listed company
  • Part or full qualification in CIMA or ACCA would be an added qualification
  • Excellent communication, presentations and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge in MS Office and those who have hands on experience in HRIS would be a definite advantage
