Due to rapid expansion, as opportunity has now arisen for a Group Human Resources Manager for immediate employment.

Manager - Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Handling overall delivery operation of the unit while ensure on time delivery as planned
  • Coordinate deliveries with the team for better planning to minimise missed deliveries
  • Managing out of water level of customers
  • Handling the team efficiently to maximise delivery efficiently of the operations
  • Maintain budgeted cadre, Mange absenteeism and Labour turnover of the operation unit
  • Keep optimum contact with customer care and other divisions such as stores / plant operations / quality / logistics to ensure running of deliveries

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree of Diploma in Management / Science / Engineering of Logistics with operational management as a subject
  • Experience in a similar or same position for more than 5 years at a FMCG sector
  • Expert in planning and coordination - those who have experienced in Merchandising / Planning / Plantation Management can be applied for this position
  • Good communication skills / reporting and planning with knowledge about necessary computer packages (ERP MS) etc
  • Leadership skills with good personality
