AEN Palm Oil Processing (Pvt) Ltd, is a joint venture of Agalawatta Plantations PLC, Elpitiya Plantations PLC and Namunukula Plantations PLC managed by three established bue chip companies in Sri Lanka; Macwoods PLC, Aitken Spence PLC and Richard Pieris PLC respectively. Approved by the Board of Investments of Sri Lanka, the project is FSSC 22000 and OHSAS 18001 certified. We are looking for a young, performance oriented individual to fill the following position existing at our processing plant in Badureliya, Agalawatta.

HR Executive

Location: Badureliya

The ideal candidate should possess G.C.E. A/L qualification and the PQHRM qualification from IPM. Previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage. Excellent command of English / Sinhala (verbal and written) excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work within a team and computer literacy are key competencies sought.

Candidates with the ability to converse in Tamil will be a ta distinct advantage.

The selected candidate will be required to assist in attendance, leave, performance evaluation, disciplinary procedures and CR skills.
