Assistant Manager Facilities
The successful candidate will come under the direct supervision of Head of Facilities and Supply Chain and be responsible for the ownership of day to day facilities administration of the hospital which consists of maintaining the cleanliness of the Hospital and supervising the Food and Beverages Department.
The Job Role Encompasses:
- Overseeing the Food & Beverage & Housekeeping Departments where Chief Chef and Executive Housekeeper would be directly report to.
- Manage the waste disposal system of the Hospital, with defined safety standards.
- Overseeing the laundry and security services.
- Managing building maintenance activities.
Eligibility Requirement:
- Facility Management Degree or a Higher National Diploma in Facility Management or Hospitality Management.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare or hospitality industry
- Strong managerial leadership skills, including conflict resolution, coaching, development, and fosters a work environment suitable for learning and growth within the department.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Age between 28 - 40 years.
