Officer - Customer Field Support Service
Group Technology
The Job:
- Responsible in maintaining specified standards and carryout all DTV related field operations according to SLA and arrange the teams for the field operations in a most cost effective way
- Handle daily delivery installation planning & assigning for respective teams to maintain smooth delivery installation planning
- Providing proper solutions & valid feedback according to customer queries to satisfy the customer requirements effectively
- Complaint handling & making appointments for customer to resolve the customer queries in effective and efficient manner
- Valuation & reconciliation of stocks for respective teams to ensure the accuracy level of the stock count
- Maintaining & prepare various reports with relevant to customer installation division
- Coordinating & providing information to the teams to comply with the team's information requirements
- Manage & maintain the roster of the team to ensure solutions being provided for the customers for their highest satisfactory level
Person Specification
- NVQ level 5/IVQ level 5 qualification
- OR City & Guilds Advanced Diploma / HNDE / NDT / NDES / Diploma in Technology (OUSL) / Advanced Diploma in Telecommunication Technology / Advanced Diploma in Information & Communication Technology / Advanced Diploma in Information Technology / Advanced Diploma in Construction Technology / National Diploma in Engineering Technology
