Accounts / Stores Assistant
Job Profile:
- Maintenance of Stock Levels of IPM Store & Issuing goods
- Calling quotations, negotiating with suppliers, preparing quotation summaries and Raising of Purchase Orders
- Updating the Stock Register Regularly
- Handling receipts, payments, daily banking and petty cash
- Assist internal and external audits
- Assist in preparation of monthly accounts
Personal Profile:
- Fully or part qualification in CIMA, ACCA, ICASL, AAT
- G.C.E. A/L
- Minimum of one year's experience in a similar capacity
- Ability to take initiative on own and take leadership to complete the assigned tasks with minimum supervision
- Ability to maintain proper records
- An excellent command in both English & Sinhala languages
- Excellent computer skills
Remuneration for this position is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
