Assistant Manager - Human Resources

The ideal candidate should:
- have a degree in relevant discipline or professional qualification from IPM
- be conversant with modern HR practices
- have a good command of English
- be below 35 years
- have at least 5 years' experience in relevant field
Responsibilities:
- Handling overall HR functions for separate SBU
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintaining of industrial relations
- Planning, organising and executing motivational activities, welfare events and social responsibility projects
- Functional responsibility of recruitment and selection
- Planning, implementing and evaluation of employee training and development programmes
- Any other responsibilities, assigned by management from time to time
