Ceylon Hotels Corporation, a member of the Galle Face Group, with 19 properties throughout Sri Lanka, is looking for a bright, talented individual to join as General Manager – The Lake Hotel, Polonnaruwa.

General Manager – The Lake Hotel, Polonnaruwa
The person is responsible to manage The Lake Hotel Polonnaruwa and the Polonnaruwa Rest House to provide leadership in all departments and guest service activities within the Hotel and the Rest House to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability. This position directly reports to the Group General Manager and working closely with the Corporate Finance Controller; Director of Sales and Marketing and Group Head of HR.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Customers: Satisfaction levels, return and growth.
• Operations: Smooth operation of the hotel in line with SOPs.
• Team: Motivated and trained team members
• Profit: Achieve budged profitability

WE are looking for a matured individual with relevant hotel management qualifications and minimum 5 years of experience in managing medium size hotels.
