Telecalling Agents (Fixed Term Contract) - Collections

Prerequisites:

• Qualified in G.C.E. O/L and A/L (Applicants with pending results will also be accepted)
• Below 22 years of age
• Previous experience in Recoveries / Customer Service / Collections will be an added advantage

Additional Skills:

• Fluency in English
• Communication skills in Sinhala and Tamil would be advantageous
• Excellent Negotiation skills
