HR Assistant

Location: Nittambuwa

The Role:

• Excellent all HR related operational activities including Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, HRIS. etc.
• Identify recruitment sources & organise recruitment campaigns
• Conduct centre visits

The Individual:

• Professional qualification in HRM from a recognised institute
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resource field in a similar capacity
• Experience in recruitment & selection function would be a definite advantage
• Should possess a valid riding license
• Excellent communication skills
