Import / Cost Assistant (Male)

The Candidate:

• Part qualification in Import / Export or International Trade or AAT/CMA
• Good knowledge of Import and cargo clearance operations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting packages
• Minimum of 1 year's work experience in the commercial sector
• Age below 30 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination with clearing agents to clear import cargo through customs
• Liaising with warehouse and operations to complete documentation of Good Received Notes
• Preparation of costings for import shipments and updating registers
• Coordination with Merchandising Department and preparation of foreign supplier payments
• Stock control and conduction stock counts
