As our portfolio increases in Sri Lanka, Anantara Peace Haven Tangalle Resort is looking for potential candidates who are looking to plan a long term career with an honest and contemporary hospitality brand.
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and highly talented, individual as HR Executive to take a leading role.
HR Executive
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a similar industry or reputed organisation
- Hands on experience in handling the Payroll and other related documents
- Knowledge of HRIS, experience in recruitment, selection, screening and managing the CV database will be an added qualification
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field is essential
Required Knowledge Skills, Characteristics and Competencies:
- Knowledge in Employment Acts (Shop & Office, Industrial Dispute, TEWA) and labour laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both Sinhala and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Should be a great team player
- Knowledge of welfare and team engagement, willing to be part of CSR
- Should be methodological, ability to prioritise work, and work under pressure
- Able to work on own initiative with minimum regular supervision
- Priority will be given to candidates who can join within a short notice
