HR Executive - Recruitment
The responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate and coordinate entire recruitment process in order to ensure timely fulfilment of company staff recruitment
- Conduct interviews and attract best talented to the organisation
- Plan and execute the company induction
- Assist Human resource manager to administer coaching and counselling process
- Conduct exit interviews and manage company exit procedure
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR reports and present to the management
Requirements Include:
- Professional qualification in HR Management (Preferably IPM) / HR Degree
- 3-5 years' experience in the corporate sector HR preferably in to Recruitment and Selection
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Sound IT knowledge and Sinhala / English typing skills
