The HNB Assurance is currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following vacancy:

Receptionist cum Telephone Operator

Requirements:

• Answering all incoming telephone calls and transferring them to the required extensions
• Receiving persons visiting from other Organisations and outside clients and directing them to the person they wish to meet
• Excellent command in English language
• Excellent telephone etiquette & ability to communicate clearly & professionally
• Pleasant personality with very good interpersonal skills
• Candidates with 1-2 years' experience in a similar capacity are preferred
• Candidates residing in Colombo & Suburbs, & willing to join our organisation immediately are preferred
• Age between 20-25 years
