Executive - Training and Development (Trainer)
The Position:
As Executive Training and Development at Triumph you are required to plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training programme for the Frontline Sales Staff & Executive Staff as well. The training components will be geared toward new hires, existing staff and professionals who seek one-on-one assistance.
The applicant should have excellent presentation skills, as well as the ability to motivate, teach and inspire sales staff. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is a must. Presentations should include handouts, and be well organised and professional. Some presentations will require that the Executive facilitate role playing, as well as other types of discussion and participatory seminars.
The Executive Training and Development is expected to develop a training programme that is unique to the organisation's goal, values and mission statement. The programme should be continually monitored for effectiveness and suitability to the particular teams, the economy, the demographics and the competition.
You will report directly to the Manager HR

Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Sound educational qualification with a professional qualification in HR
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conceptualise and design content
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Multi language proficiency would be an advantage
