Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive

This opportunity is for a dynamic individual with at least 3-4 years' experience in Sales, to promote our range of Life Insurance products among corporate clients, commercial clients and individuals. The selected candidate should be an effective sales personnel to achieve the given individual sales targets.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and develop a customer and prospect database
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve set business targets
  • Ensure that the desired volume of referral leads are generated
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, and personal visits
  • Build relationships with the DSF team
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on identical AIA financial plans
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales services

Job Specifications:

  • Graduate / under graduate or a related professional qualification in sales and marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in  sales with a background in insurance would be preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation skills with strong negotiating and prospecting skills
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
