Senior Executive - Recoveries (Call Center)

Requirements:

• 2 years of post-qualified experience in handling customers preferably in a bank or a finance company in respect of recoveries
• Having excellent command in English and Tamil language will be an added advantage
• Possess excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Excellent skills in telephone handling and computer literacy
• Male and Female candidates with age below 30 years
• Passed G.C.E. A/L
