Manager - Human Resources
The Manager HR of the Pharmaceutical and Surgicals is responsible for execution of human resources policies and carrying out activities towards achieving the broader organisational objectives and delivering HR services promises to the agencies, principals and employees.
Job Profile:
- Initiate new learning and development practices to develop employees
- Execute strategies related to Talent Management, HR Risk management and performance management of the organisation
- Assist the Head of HR in managing budgets related to employee operations
- Manage industrial relation matters and ensure employee compliance with all labour regulations and assure compliance to all relevant labour laws
Role Profile:
- The ideal candidate should be around 35-40 years of age with a degree from a recognised university or should hold a professional qualification in HRM from a recognised institute. Having an MBA would be advantageous.
- At least 3 years' experience in managing Human Resources of an organisation with minimum 300 employees, out of which at least 1 year in Senior Management capacity.
- Ability to connect, coach, communicate, negotiate and consult with employees at all levels
- A high level of personal integrity with the ability to work under pressure in a highly performance driven business environment.
