Job Profile:
- Handling phone calls by following telephone etiquette, screen and direct calls in a professional manner
- Greet and direct customers / visitors to correct destination
- Deal with queries from customers and the public
Applicant Profile:
- Three passes at G.C.E. A/L and be below 25 years of age
- Possess a presentable, pleasant and a cheerful personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess good telephone etiquette
- Be computer literate
- Previous work experience in a financial services environment would be an added advantage
- School leavers are also considered
