Graduate Trainee HR

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate from a recognised university specialising in HR or full qualification in PQHRM
  • At least one prior internship or work experience not less than 6 months
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Sinhala)
  • Well conversant in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and meet assigned deadlines
  • Capability to organise & coordinate with multiple teams effectively
  • Should be below the age of 26
