Branch Managers

Job Profile:

  • To spearhead the implementation of the bank's business strategies at branch level
  • Drive the aggressive business plans set for branches through dynamism and initiative
  • Assume full responsibility for overall supervision of the branch, including sales, lending and branch operations
  • Ensure internal and regulatory controls are adhered to

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in banking out of which 2 years should be at Assistant Manager level with hands on experience in branch operations, sales and customer service
  • Full / part qualification in Banking (Completion of at least 4 subjects at DBF level) or CIMA/CIM/ACCA/ACA (completion of the 3rd stage - at least up to managerial level for CIMA students)
  • Degree from a recognised university preferred
  • A team player with an outgoing personality and good marketing skills to develop a profitable customer base through service excellence is essential
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Good analytical and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
