Due to rapid expansion, and opportunity has now arisen for a Recovery Officer for immediate employment. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with first-hand experience in managing customer queries.

Recovery Officer / Trainee Recovery Officer

Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible to collect payment to outstanding in the assigned area
• Timely deliver invoice
• Follow up related payment with customer
• Coordinate / clear invoice communicate with MIS
• Meet the collections deliver and responsible to the target assigned
• Timely communicate customer grievance (delivery / collection / product) to management & follow up the same

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum qualification G.C.E. O/L and G.C.E. A/L
• Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar post
• Age below 30
• Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently and with responsibility
• Exceptional achiever in extracurricular activities
