Customer Service Audit Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To address all aspects of customer service requirements with the aim of maximising customer satisfaction
- To meet with ISO 9001:2015 requirements related to customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues and complaints proactively and as quickly as possible
- Develop Key Performance Indicators to ensure customers experience our maximum assistance
- Develop policies and procedures on behalf of the company to maintain customer satisfaction
- Meet customer regularly and obtain feedback on service level and carryout a customer service survey, Island wide
Requirements:
- Port qualified in CIMA (UK), CMA
- Excellent English writing skills
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 is preferred
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work under pressure, work to deadlines and use own initiatives
