Customer Service Officers

Location: Dialog Franchise Service Centres

Job Profile:

  • Responsible for promoting our products and services for Walk-in / Corporate / Direct Customers to achieve the sales plans and attract, retain and maintain customers by providing the stipulated service standards of Dialog Axiata PLC and Softlogic International (Pvt) Ltd.
  • Preparing of daily sales reports and other relevant reports required by Management.
  • Handling / Maintaining cash flow of the assigned outlet including counting money, separate charge slips, coupons and vouchers, balancing cash drawers and making deposits.
  • Includes and excellent remuneration package containing Basic Salary + Sales Commissions + Performance Bonus + Performance incentives (for the right candidates)

Personal Profile:

  • Age below 30, school leavers are encouraged to apply
  • Previous working experience in a similar capacity preferred but not compulsory
  • G.C.E. A/L
  • Should possess excellent communication skills together with interpersonal and relationship building skills. Should be willing to work in a customer service environment.
  • Should be enthusiastic, energetic with a positive frame of mind, a willingness to learn fast and the ability to work amicably in a team.
