Intern - Talent Acquisition and Resourcing
The Internship:
The internship will help the right candidate to explore the operational as well as strategic roles of HRM in a global environment. The aim of this programme is to provide dynamic young professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical and practical challenges surrounding international HRM, from the basic to the latest approaches in talent acquisition and resourcing. It also guarantees a solid foundation in all aspects of recruitment and selection in becoming a competent professional in the field of HRM.
Candidate Profile:
- The eligibility criteria for this position is as follows:
- Following / completed a bachelor's degree in Business Management / HRM at a recognised university / institute
- Excellent communication skills in English and PR skills
- Exposure in HR processes, data analysis, HRIS, marketing, advertising and, research with up to date knowledge in current affairs, both local and international would be an added advantage
- Fast learner and confident personality with positive attitude
- An excellent team player and knowledge in MS applications
