Senior Application Administration Assistant

Job Profile:

  • Ensure resolution and assisting management of issues within the agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Ensuring all issues and user requests are logged and resolved, following up with the users to ensure satisfaction
  • Assist in administration of all software licensed from 3rd Party Companies
  • Actively participate in implementation and upgrades of IT applications
  • Ensure guaranteed coverage of the application administration at the lowest possible costs

Special Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound knowledge in Information Technology
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to train front office staff

Experience & Qualification:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Bank / Financial Institution / IT
  • Overall knowledge in core-banking applications and banking operations is preferred
  • A part qualification in Banking (Completion of four subjects at CBF Level) or CIM / CIMA (Completion of 1st Stage) or 1st year of a 3 year Degree Programme)
