We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as:

HR Officer

Key responsibilities of the function includes:

  • Gathering information of hours worked for each employee and calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime and no-pay with assistance of the system
  • Handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system
  • Assist to process data to payroll and maintaining employee records
  • Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data through HRIS system
  • Be responsible in handling the exit process of employee
  • Assist in overall other required functions in HR Department

Education & Experience:

  • Qualified in Human Resources Management (CCHRM or any equivalent qualification) will be added advantage
  • 2 year experience in Time & Attendance and payroll process

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge in MS Excel and Office packages
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Should have the ability to work independently and to meet deadlines in a team environment
  • Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels

The ideal candidate should be between 22-25 years of age.
