We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as:
HR Officer
Key responsibilities of the function includes:
- Gathering information of hours worked for each employee and calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime and no-pay with assistance of the system
- Handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system
- Assist to process data to payroll and maintaining employee records
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data through HRIS system
- Be responsible in handling the exit process of employee
- Assist in overall other required functions in HR Department
Education & Experience:
- Qualified in Human Resources Management (CCHRM or any equivalent qualification) will be added advantage
- 2 year experience in Time & Attendance and payroll process
Key Skills:
- Knowledge in MS Excel and Office packages
- Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Should have the ability to work independently and to meet deadlines in a team environment
- Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
The ideal candidate should be between 22-25 years of age.
