We require the services of a dynamic, result oriented and highly motivated individual to be a part of our team in the following capacity.

Manager - Learning & Development

The ideal candidate should possess the G.C.E. A/L qualification and a Degree or equivalent qualification in Training & Development from a reputed Hotel school. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity in Corporate training is essential to perform this role. Excellent presentation, communciation and interpersonal skills, excellent command of English (verbal and non-verbal), computer literacy and ability to work within a team are key competencies sought. Candidates below the age of 40 are required.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing TNA requirements
  • Planning and conducting trainings as and when required
  • Preparing training analysis after trainings are conducted
  • Maintaining records related to training programmes
  • Conducting F&B audits and handling related reporting
